California mulls "Don't Say Jada" Bill to confront black on black crime

At the Oscars last night we witness a terrible assault and another example of black on black crime in our country. California representatives have had enough and are ready to tackle this problem. I support the "Don't Say Jada" Bill to put an end to black on black crime.
