Part 20 of the Pokemon Red Thunderlocke!

After quenching their thirst at the Celadon Department store, they eventually brought the show to Lavender Town, but the show turned out to be much smaller, less energetic, and dead all around. Klavier tries to electrify the crowds, however, Joe Biden has come along with his band of mischief-makers to impede the Gavinners. Will Joe Biden and his crew cause problems for the Gavinners or will Klavier's performance bring the crowd to life?
