This story is not being covered by the media, ALL official evacuation corridors have been closed by Russian & Ukrainian forces. There is an unofficial ceasefire between Russian & Ukrainian soldiers (bottom Up, this is supported by zero officials) and local police to evacuate women & children... ordered strikes have been ignored or for some reason keep missing their targets.
