DDS Pro Football Hall of Fame Eliminator: Who's IN that Deserves to be OUT?

This one is sure to rub some folks the wrong way! I think we can all agree that there are some folks in the HOF that don't really have the resume to justify their place in Canton, right? Well, we open this can of worms WIIIIDE open and lay it all out there for the world to see. Admittedly, we have great reverence for all who are in the HOF but we have to be honest with ourselves about what the facts are surrounding their induction.
