Russian military personnel delivered food and essential items to the settlements of the Izyumsky district of the Kharkiv region to provide humanitarian assistance to the population.

Humanitarian aid has been delivered to settlements taken under the control of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and freed from the presence of Ukrainian nationalists.
