How A "National Investment Authority" Would Take Over Private Companies

Biden's nominee for Comptroller of the Currency wants her "National Investment Authority" to take out oil and gas companies. This amounts to a swallowing up of the private sector by a governmental agency, and the redirecting of money to left wing projects subsidized by the tax payer.
