On this most beautiful Saturday in January 2022 we kick off the day moving our log rounds to be split. It snowed light flurries all day and then began to dump snow shortly after 3:00 pm. We made a quick trip to the Alaskan grocery store Three Bears. Made some Cast Iron Pizza Dough. Then off to stack the split wood in the basement. We loaded our #woodstove and went up to make the pizza. We made a red and white, (tomato and Cheese) pizza, a bacon and Jalapeño, and an all the things. Finished off our night with some ice cream and a rat by the fire.
