Making and freeze drying 2 batches of Cilantro Lime Pulled Pork.
Next video: Bagging and then rehydrating a sample bag.

Batch 1
5lb pork roast
32oz Herdez Salsa Verde
Juice and pulp of 4 limes
1 cup chopped cilantro
8 cloves garlic, minced

Batch 2
7lb pork roast
32oz Herdez Salsa Verde
Juice and pulp of 4 limes
1 cup chopped cilantro
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup of freeze dried Pace Picante Sauce.

Freeze dried food will stay fresh for many years and be ready and waiting when you need it.
