The Color Of Your Poop

Have you noticed changes in the color of your poop? Kinda disgusting, but I'm serious!

We've seen dogs and cats sniff to check out their poop. These animals monitor their health when they do this.

There ARE changes that show up, and these changes are
MESSAGES FROM YOUR GUT.

I remember noticing these changes when my kids were in diapers. I distinctly (or is it di-stink-tly) noticed times when my kids' poop was nearly white. It would have been nice to know the message at that time.

There was one other memorable time when I saw my own poop was pretty red. It scared me in a big way! Then I remembered the night before, when we'd eaten roasted red beets for dinner. HAHAHAH!
