How Fast Is Too Fast? Twin Swords Powerset

How fast should melee combat get? We're using the development server and the fastest melee powerset, Twin Swords, to illustrate our current maximum combat speed. The devs made an rough estimate of the fastest melee powerset, and they are showing it here. Slower options exist, but nothing faster.
