Dave Rubin of “The Rubin Report” talks about Will Smith punching Chris Rock at the Oscars, Ayanna Pressley supporting violent solutions, Amy Schumer’s blatant lies about about the don't say gay bill, Serena Williams honest remark on female sports, and Bill Maher smearing Republicans as being racist. First, Dave shares the uncensored clip from the 94th Academy Awards where Chris Rock was assaulted live on stage by Will Smith for making a tame joke about his wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s alopecia areata. It only took a second for Democrat Ayanna Pressley to justify the violence. She quickly regretted and deleted her tweet. Oscars hosts Amy Schumer, Wanda Sykes, and Regina Hall took the opportunity to attack Florida and its parental rights in education bill. While they display their ignorance about the don't say gay bill, Ron DeSantis clearly debunks the lies about it. Ron DeSantis was also attacked for criticizing transgender athlete Lia Thomas for her swimming win. He seems to only be echoing what was said by Serena Williams a few years ago in her David Letterman interview where she shared the brutal facts about the difference between male and female athletes. Bill Maher resorted to slandering Republicans as simply being racists and only wanting black supreme court justices like Clarence Thomas as opposed to Ketanji Brown Jackson. Finally, some real awards show comedy from former Golden Globes host Ricky Gervais.
