Sickos releasing dogs on a cat. Unprovoked violence. Praising the dog for shredding a cat? What happens if those dogs go for a child?? Stop these sick son of a bitches and prosecute. In Ohio, animal cruelty is a FELONY!!! Not sure where this was, but please CATCH THEM!
