Cobalt rumpled parrotlet

The cobalt-rumped parrotlet or blue-winged parrotlet is a species of parrot in the family Psittacidae. It is the nominate species. There are two subspecies: Salvadori's cobalt-rumped parrotlet and Hellmayr's cobalt-rumped parrotlet.
