Lingering cold, then rainy midweek

onight is clear, cold and frosty with lows near 18 and wind chills near 10 by Monday morning. Despite it being a new week, we stay with the cold for a few more days as Monday is in the low 30s. It will feel ok with the light wind and sunshine.
