These military tribunals will keep rolling forward and I would look to April, before Easter for DJT to legally be returning to replace faux president Biden. That's just my take and is not really date driven, but event driven and we have yet to see the serious events that are coming.

The watermarked ballots were legally arranged and approved by federal judges before the election, and it is my understanding those watermarks can only be read from the Space Force satellites and they showed Trump won ALL 50 states and over 80% of the vote.

Under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution: "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

From the Federal Archives under Donald Trump: "I have invoked the Insurrection Act of 1807 (Section 10 U.S. Code 13 251-255) to address the treasonous rebellion conducted by Democrat and Republican lawmakers, CCP (Chinese Communist Party), Agents, FBI, Department of Justice, CIA and others to dismantle the United States of America and it's Constitution. These entities pose a direct threat to national security. I will remain President indefinitely until all domestic enemies are arrested."

Election fraud would be a serious felony under normal circumstances, but under an active State of War, in would be considered treason. Invoking the Insurrection Act of 1807 put us in a state of war, which we are still under today. Think back: re: Kavanaugh confirmation hearings. What were the requirements for a civilian to be tried for treason? I repeat: we have been in a State of War since 2001.

All members of congress are no longer members of Congress. They forfeited their rights and offices by committing an act of TREASON. They are no longer lawful members of Congress thanks to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. They are now considered enemies of the Republic who aided a foreign power in stealing an election.

As such, they have no rights because you forfeit your rights as an American. You are no under Military law. Any evidence is admissible in a Military Tribunal Court, so, for example, Pelosi's stolen laptop, along with the other 11 stolen laptops, can be used in a Military Tribunal. Just one example.

History will show Trump tried and used every legal avenue to solve this crisis against the United States Constituti0on. He tried to resolve it peacefully. Others failed to address this Act of Treason. His only recourse was to use the military and would be a LAWFUL use of the military as these people have broken their oaths and committed Treason and insurrection.
