This video is about How To Make Whole wheat Vegan Pandesal.
Note: For accuracy, we need kitchen scale for this project.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour/ White flour/ Bread flour = 750g (75%)
Whole Meal or Whole Wheat flour =250g (25%)
Soya Milk/ or Almond Milk/ or Water = 600g (60%)
Olive Oil/ or Canola Oil/ or Virgin Coconut Oil = 50g to 60g (5 -6%)
Light Brown Sugar = 100g to150g (10% - 15%)
Intant Dried Yeast = 20g
Salt - 10g
Bread crumbs to coat the Pandesal
Baking time is 18 to 21 mins
Each Pandesal weight is about 65g to 70g which makes around 26 to 28 pieces.
