Bases 46 Harald Kautz Vella Spring 2017 Update

Harald Kautz Vella gave several interviews and presentations for the Bases Project. He also spoke with Miles nJohnston in the Warsaw Conference in 2015, which Milesalso spoke at in 2016, with the late Max Spiers.
Harald is crucial to providing independent evidence of the existence of and properties of teh Black Goo, German scientist distilled from extraterrestrial asteroid fragments that came down in South America and some in Northern Ireland, approximately 10,000 years ago,
The Falklands War was to recover a large quantity of this distilled or extracted intelligent oil, called a Sentient Fluid, or Black Goo from the Argentinian - Thule Base used by Germany as a refueling base to and from Antarctica.
