Rowboat among the mangroves (Blender Animation, Tutorial in Description)

Hey all, this is a short animation I made while refining my understanding of Blender's shrink-wrap modifier for use as a "float plane" over water simulations. Eventually I want to make a more extensive animation about these sort of things. Unfortunately I ran into some problems during preliminary tests when attempting a more dynamic scene where this figure was trying to row through ocean waves.
