B-1B Lancers Conduct Presence Patrol

November 11, 2021 - Aircrew members assigned to the 340th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron operate a U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker, deployed to Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, to conduct aerial formation with U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancers, Israeli Air Force F-15s, Royal Saudi Air Force F-15s and U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcons above U.S. Central Command’s area of responsibility. The presence of the Lancer showcases U.S. Central Command’s ability to deliver combat airpower at a moment’s notice as well as USCENTCOM’s commitment to partners and regional security.
