Ukraine War - Ukrainian Soldier Takes Russian Rifle Round To His Machine Gun During Firefight

Helmet cam footage from a firefight between Ukrainian and Russian troops somewhere in a undisclosed location in Ukraine shows the moment the machine gun of a Ukrainian soldier being hit by a Russian rifle round.

The Ukrainian soldier takes the round to his machine gun after exposing his position for a while to long during a short ceasefire.

It appears that the soldier himself got hit by the ricochet but stayed mostly unharmed from it.

The contacted his comrades and informed them about his status.

From all we can see in the video it appears he stayed in the fight and is well.
