As COVID-19 restrictions lift and people return to work, there's some good news from Statistics Canada that shows unemployment rates have returned to a pre-pandemic level.
The latest labour force report by Statistics Canada shows Canada’s unemployment rate has dropped to 5.5%, reaching below pre-pandemic levels from February of 2020.
