Biden on Putin: `This Man Cannot Remain in Power'

U.S. President Joe Biden warned Russia that any incursion onto NATO territory will be met with "the full force of our collective power." In a speech Saturday in Warsaw, Poland, Biden criticized President Vladimir Putin's "craving for absolute power and control" and closed his address by saying: "For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power."
