1. In a frypan with medium heat, toast the walnuts, often stirring,
for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Arrange the figs cut-side up on a plate or platter. Using your
finger, create a small depression in each fig’s cut side and fill
with mascarpone cheese. Sprinkle with a bit of the walnut,
drizzle with the honey, and add a tiny pinch of sea salt.
