Sharpening Scissors and Minor Restoration

In this video we sharpen a pair of scissors after removing the rust and flaking paint. We also touch up the screw before reassembling and taking out the excess play or slop in the scissors. Then we test our newly sharp scissors on some scrap fabric and find that they are now rather sharp!
