Representative Roy and Phil walk through the process through which the NDAA was negotiated and the red flag gun confiscation orders included in the first version of the bill. As Representative Roy points out, our Second Amendment rights should never be used as bargaining chips, and especially not in backroom deals with shady politicians.

Because of GOA's grassroots efforts and pro-gun advocates in Congress like Congressman Roy, we were able to win the fight against red flag laws and defend our rights. While this was a victory in the end, our fight is far from over. We need to hold anti-gun elected officials accountable for their votes on this, and demand that our natural rights remain protected.
