Andrew Rohling, U.S Army Southern European Task Force - Africa commanding general, conducts an airborne proficiency jump with 173rd Airborne Brigade paratroopers near Aviano Air Base, Italy. SETAF-AF supports the North and West Africa Response Force (NARF) by setting up a field control element to aid communications across the battlefield.
