Making Kombucha Part 3- The Last Part
Ok, this is the final part of the Kombucha making. Part 2 we started the 2nd ferment. This is where this picks up. In Making Kombucha Part 3, our Kombucha has been fermenting for an additional 3 days. This is the stage where it gets its carbonation. After the third day, it is fizzy. Check out to see what it looks like when you open a bottle too fast and see my reactions as I drink some.
