Sewing Simplicity 9452 pleated top, tips and review

Hello! I'm here, in the snow, wishing for warm weather and making a light summer top. As you do... Anyhow, this little top has an unusual pleating method and also a whole lot of business near a shoulder casing that I try to explain in my way. I hope you enjoy it!
