Ingredients:
2 ounces prosciutto, cut into 16 pieces
Four plums, quartered
One tablespoon chive, chopped
A pinch of red pepper flakes, crushed

Directions:
1. Wrap each plum quarter in a prosciutto slice, arrange them all
on a platter, sprinkle the chives and pepper flakes all over, and
serve.
