Well, This is Odd...

I came across the link to this document from October 2020 in the comment section of a Substack article, so I claim no credit for discovering it. Take the time to read it carefully and consider the implications. Also question, if certain agencies are lying about this particular topic, what else are they lying about? I'm just presenting historical information that raises questions; draw your own conclusions.
