HOW to STOP YOUTUBE From PUTTING ADS ON YOUR VIDEOS #creators

I have been a YouTuber for 11 years. I used to be paid $100 every 3 months for years on just 33 videos. Over the last few years YouTube decided I wasn't getting enough views for their new #monetization policy, so they decided to run ads on my videos and keep all the money and no longer pay me. I opened a new channel with 180 high quality videos and plenty of views, they decided to pay me $3 a month for 3.5 years of work... so I have been given nothing since their payout minimum is $100. I now have a another new channel that is doing pretty well, and they decided to place ads on my videos and offer me nothing,; I do not want adds on this channel. This in my opinion is unjust and is exploitation. I have now found a way to Stop them, and I am sharing this information with all of you. What is your opinion on it?
