$1 Billion on Education down the drain...

This is happening in Tennessee and probably your state too. The state has wasted $1 Billion dollars on four Shelby County Schools in the "Race to the Top" initiative. Gov. Bill Lee, just last year, sunk $25 million more dollars into the program. This is just unacceptable. The Department of Education released a statement completely ignoring the waste, fraud, and abuse this albatross has been to the taxpayer. The Department is ran by a Berkley graduate, Penny Schwinn. The department does not represent Tennessee Values.
