Biden Says Sanctions NEVER Deter and Fake News Covers for him

During a news conference at NATO Headquarters in Brussels Belgium, President Joe Biden answered a reporter's question about whether the sanctions against Vladimir Putin would cause him to alter his actions. Biden's reply was “I did not say that in fact the sanctions would deter him. SANCTIONS NEVER DETER.”
