NATO Sec.Gen. Jens Stoltenberg Says They Have Activated Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear Defenses. The NATO Sec.Gen says: 'Russia is trying to create some pre-text accusing Ukraine, US, and NATO allies for preparing to use chemical and biological weapons' when a country is winning the war like Russia it has no reason to resort to chemical or biological weapons... only the losers have.. ie: NATO or Ukraines military! Beware!
