Why is the Fed's Balance Sheet Still Growing?

In this video we look at the Fed's balance sheet and why it is seemingly still growing after they allegedly ended their asset purchase program. It is mostly due to mortgage backed securities which settle weeks or even months after their purchase date. So the assets that are showing up on the balance sheet now were purchased a while ago when the fed was still buying.
