Breathe casually. Let your mind focus on your body. Close eyes. Feel yourself drifting away into the abyss.

Let your mind rest. Every time you breathe out feel all the stress and problems leaving you.

Listen to the music. Find the gentle tempo. Align your breathing to the tempo. Let the music be the balm to your tired mind.

If you are studying, let the music play in the background. Make this your study music. As you study, you will slowly attune yourself to the tempo of the music. You will study more effectively.

If you are trying to sleep, let this be your sleep music. Breathe in and out slowly aligning with the tempo of the music. Do not force your breathing. Be gentle. Focus on your breathing and let yourself drift away...
