Ojibway Park - How to Keep Arterial Roads Open to LaSalle while Creating a National Urban Park

The Ojibway Park in the City of Windsor is to be considered for National Urban Park status, which in theory I support, but will the much-needed transport arteries (Ojibway Parkway, Matchet Rd & Malden Rd) in my riding of Essex and the City of Windsor be kept in place and open if the status is achieved?
