I Witnessed an Assault - Don't Tell the Neighbors

The Neighbors app, produced by Ring, is promoted as a means to increase community safety by allowing community members to share crimes that they have witnessed and safety issues that people should be aware of. When I issued a report of a violent crime, the report was banned for the mere mention of the attacker's race.
