Rates spike hard again: Bitcoin set for take-off

Federal Reserve, do your job! Manage the situation! Mortgage rates spiking hard again today across the board. The only real threat to this real estate market is mortgage rates going up too much too quickly. Bitcoin's correlation to Stock indexes magically changes and I take a victory lap on it. Be smart out there right now with your purchases and money commitments. Be extra safe and conservative. Sky is not falling but things could get rough in a worst-case scenario. Links below
