Improving your Trading Psychology

Trading Psychology is something I have always felt is overstated. I think edge is way more important than Psychology in trading, and I still think that. But where psychology can help with trading is with the execution of your edge.

Also, because of this view, I have neglected my Psychology as a whole. This year, I am planning to do better with this aspect of my life. Let's talk about ways to do that.
