The best time to buy real estate is always 20 years ago. I say get the clock ticking. Many people think they have missed out. I remember thinking that about Apple stock when it hit $50. The key with winning in real estate is to think long-term and invest long-term. If you do that, you will win. Period. If you have paper-hands, you'll screw it up. Get the clock ticking as they say.
