Accident San Antonio, TX on the North Bound Access Road of Hwy 410 Before Bandera Road - 0662738574

I was in the 2nd lane from the left, which was a turn left-only lane. I had my right blinker on for about 10-15 seconds. I was waiting for the truck to pass on my right side, and the SUV to wait and slow down in the 3rd lane. I noticed that the vehicles had done as I anticipated, and started into lane 3. While looking in the rearview mirror to watch the SUV and make sure it was going to stay back, the pick-up & trailer came from lane 1, rather quickly & without a blinker, and he met my vehicle.
