In today's economy it is important now, more than ever to stretch that dollar and make sure you are using every bit of your food in the best way possible, so it is nourishing your family and not going in the garbage can! Today we are focusing on another "feeding a family on a budget" video! This time around three excellent ways to use leftover meat sauce after you have made spaghetti. Instead of just making more pasta, how about we use that sauce in new and creative ways? How about a twist on a sloppy joe using rich ragout style sauce? A delicious veggie rich stuffed zucchini boat is another way to use those leftovers in a different way and last but not least, how about a throwback to the elementary school cafeteria with Rick's childhood favorite, Lunch Lady Pizza Burger Sliders! All three of these ideas are a great way to get the leftovers in front of your family without having them be "leftovers". Think outside the box and everyone is going to be happy, but mostly your wallet will thank you!

Note that there are not really any written recipes for these dishes, just demonstration because I know you call can use logic and understand what I have done to make these delicious options. I have however left you with links to the sauce recipes!

I hope you give all three of these delicious twists a try sometime soon and I hope you love them!
