TWO Front Headlock Variations Tutorial - Standing in BJJ

Here are two front headlock variations. Try them both out and see what one works for you. Front headlock is an amazing controlling position that is incredibly useful for holding you opponent down. It can be especially useful if you are worried about your opponent having free space on the feet to utilize to take you down, rather than them attacking, they'll have to focus on defending so they don't get brought down to the mat themselves. These movements focus on fundamental standing game, not trying to be fantastical or overexaggerated.
Follow me on rumble! I plan on uploading some rumble only content such as video breakdowns of rolls.
