Did John Smith Fight A Race of Giants?

Illustration of Captain John Smith shows something strange, him fighting a paramount chief named Opechancanough, who appears to be quite tall with an elongated skull. Are we take this as fact or with a grain of salt?
Research and calculations preformed by Rumblefish98 shows that, if this illustration is legitimate and accurate, then chief Opechancanough was between 6 feet 11 inches and 7 feet 1 inch. Which does fall in the legal definition of a giant.
