Recon Marines Conduct Helocast Exercise

January 24, 2022 - U.S. Marines with Force Company, 2d Reconnaissance Battalion, 2d Marine Division, helocast as part of Littoral Exercise I (LEX I) in Key West, Fla. During LEX I, Marines and Sailors are experimenting with new concepts and forces to prepare for future scenarios in littoral environments along the East Coast. They will be testing new tactics and training with multi-domain reconnaissance and counter-reconnaissance teams in accordance with Force Design 2030.
