We stopped buying salad dressings from the store about 6-7 years ago.

Our goal was to avoid unnecessary preservatives and added sugar that fill most of the store bought condiments.

Whipping up a homemade dressing for each meal can seem daunting at first, especially if you are used to just opening a bottle.

But when you get your kids involved, not only do they help shoulder the burden, they are also learning various live skills that will serve them into their adulthood.
