Honoring Cincinnati Civil Right activist Cark Westmoreland

Carl Westmoreland, a renowned Civil Rights activist in Cincinnati, has died. He was 85. The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center confirmed the death Thursday, March 10. Westmoreland served as a historian at the museum for almost 20 years.
