Detroit Police fed up with 'habitual illegal dumper'

Detroit Police Lieutenant Dana Russell calls 39-year-old Mahmoud Saad a "habitual illegal dumper" after investigators say they busted him, again, dumping tree branches and other debris from his tree trimming business.
