Lynden has been making guacamole for months now, and has gotten great at it.

Teaching kids to cook is a process. Lynden didn't start by doing it all himself…

But over time, little by little, he was able to work into taking on this responsibility all on his own.

Not only is he learning great life skills, but he also gains a sense of ownership and responsibility when he is given the opportunity to serve our family in this way.

We love to get our kids in the kitchen as young as possible, with the goal of them being very capable at meal management when they are ready to leave home.
